England has performed remarkably well in the games this year. With a winning streak spanning fourteen consecutive games, England players are definitely on a high. The credit by large is being given to Eddie Jones, who is the head coach for the team. However, Eddie Jones feels that the team needs to stay hungry and work hard if they wish to keep up such performance levels for Six Nations.

Eddie Jones has warned his squad that they need to be prepped for the fight in Six Nations and there is no time to celebrate for the wins they obtained in 2016. This year has been phenomenal for England as they were able to win every match they played in this calendar year, including beating Australia twice, once in the summer tour and the second time in the autumn Test that was recently concluded.

The number of wins they have had has equaled the performance of the team that they showcased under the leadership of Sir Clive Woodward in the year 2003. Jones, however, refuses to be complacent with such wins and the record that the team has set with their performance in 2016. With the European matches coming up in two months, he is spending time in individual sessions with the players to debrief them on what they need to do in order to get in shape for the RBS 6 Nations games.

Jones promises to be ruthless in the selection rounds. Hence, if the dedication and attitude is not there, he would be changing the squad members as he sees fit. He feels that the focus needs to be on improving the scrum which needs to be dominant. That is what will work in order to win and be successful in the Six Nations league.
